Privacy Policy

When you book an appointment, buy a package, gift card or membership, or fill out an intake form, you provide information such as your name, phone number, email address, the services you choose, and any details you share about your health or goals so we can treat you safely. Online booking and payments are handled by our scheduling provider, Acuity Scheduling (part of Squarespace); card payments are processed by its payment partners, and we do not see or store your full card number.

When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

When you visit our website, we and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, the buttons you click (for example “Book” or “Call”), the website or ad that brought you here, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (city level, based on your IP address).

We use these tools:

• Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site and which pages and buttons lead to bookings. Google Analytics uses cookies to recognize returning visitors. How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
• Google Ads and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure whether our ads lead to visits and bookings and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
• Google Tag Manager, which loads the tools above, and Cloudflare, which hosts our website and provides basic, cookie-free traffic statistics.

We do not send the names of the specific treatments you look at or book (for example post-surgery services) to advertising platforms; our advertising tools only receive general information such as “a booking button was clicked.” Health details you share in intake forms or during your visit are used only to provide your treatment.

• To schedule and provide your services, and to send appointment confirmations and reminders.
• To answer your questions and communicate with you.
• To understand and improve our website, services and advertising.
• To comply with the law and protect our business and clients.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (such as Acuity Scheduling/Squarespace, Google, Meta and Cloudflare), under their own terms and privacy policies, and when required by law.

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though booking links open on Acuity’s site, which has its own settings.
• Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Control personalized Google ads in My Ad Center, and Facebook and Instagram ads in Meta’s ad preferences.
• Opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us below. We will respond within 45 days.

These providers collect and use information under their own policies: Google, Meta, Squarespace / Acuity Scheduling and Cloudflare.

We keep information only as long as we need it to serve you, run our business and meet legal requirements, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
